Passenger Handling

The top priority for DBAC is securing comfort, safety and privacy for VIP passengers.

DBAC Terminal is located in a separate landscaped area distant from the main airport terminal. Heavy-duty security system and round the clock guarding eliminate the risk of breaching in DBAC territory by unauthorized person.

For passengers’ comfort there are two lounges in the Terminal. For the sake of extra privacy or conducting negotiations DBAC offers two conference rooms with the view of the apron. Free newspapers and wireless internet are always available for our guests.

The bar at the terminal offers a wide variety of food and beverage, snacks, hot dishes, desserts. Any dish can be delivered on board upon Passenger’s request

Passengers can leave their car at the guarded parking for the whole period of their trip.

Attentive and helpful staff will assist in speedy pass of all preflight formalities and is always ready to provide any help to the Passengers.

Despite the walk distance from the parking lot to the Terminal for additional comfort for passengers all arriving and departing aircraft are usually positioned at «first parking stand» which is 15 meters distance from the terminal.

In case needed passengers transportation on apron from/to the aircraft is arranged by a comfortable VIP minibus.
